    Onsite Masters Training

    JSM provides training onsite on Organization setup, Company policies setup as well as Statutory policies setup.

    Organization Setup is a very important activity during software implementation and we at JSM take it very seriously. We undertake this exercise jointly with the client top management. We understand thoroughly the requirements of the client and train the client to setup the organization structure correctly. All these important activities are done onsite to ensure no mistakes are made.

    Company policies are another important area during implementation. JSM Top Management consisting of functional experts generally understands this very critical area and trains the client to setup the same in JSM Software. This important activity is done onsite.

    Last policy setup is the Compliances setup. JSM team trains the client in this important area. During training client learns hands on how compliances are handled in JSM software and what goes in the all the calculations.

    These very important onsite trainings by JSM techno functional experts help the clients get up to speed in JSM software right from the start. These also ensuresthat correct setup of masters is done in the beginning.

    These sessions are hands on session with users actually doing all the entries and in the process learning the minute processes in the software.

    Onsite Transaction Training

    Transaction trainings cover all the processes that end users have in the jobs performed by them. Users need to know how their daily tasks can be automated and how to perform the same in JSM Software. Users need to know how data shall be entered or imported, where it shall be entered and how they can take out reports.

    JSM Techno Functional experts come onsite to train HR and Finance functional and admin users to understand how day to day activities of HR, leave, attendance, Payroll and Compliances are done using JSM Software.

    JSM team trains admin users on how to enter data and how to do various processing in the software. Client users are trained in various ways of entering data including mass import from Excel options. JSM uses train admin users in daily activities and monthly processing activities.

    JSM team also trains admin users of the various ways in which reports can be taken out from JSM Software. JSM has a lot of reporting options and users are trained on the various options available.

    All these transaction trainings done onsite ensure HR and Finance users get to know JSM Software better and are well equipped to operate effectively JSM Software post training.

    ESS Training

    All Employees are users for the Employee Self Service Software. They need to be given a broad overview of the software, and its objectives. This is an important formal session before the software is made live across the organization.

    A formal session with all employees makes employees aware of the impending formal launch of ESS Software and familiarises them with the new software.

    JSM considers the All Employees session for training on ESS Software an important step towards rollout for all employees. JSM gives a broad training to all employees onsite on JSM ESS Software which paves the way for a formal launch of ESS Software across the organization.

    Offsite Trainings

    Onsite trainings give the users a head start on using JSM Software and familiarises users on usage of JSM software on a broad level. Users learn navigating the software and major functions.

    However, when users settle down and start usage of software on a daily basis they might in the initial stages have teething problems and need expert help at these times. JSM understands that the intial1-3 months are crucial learning months for users and they need expert hand holding at these stages. JSM allocates a dedicated team at backend who is aware of entire background of the client and helps users in software usage as and when they require. JSM team is always available whenever a client calls to help users learn the software better and perform day to day operations.

    New Teams Training

Employees at client end who were actually trained in the first place resign and new team member when they join face challenges on working on a new software.
