• Leave Masters

  JSM Leave Management System allows you to create as many leave types as per Government policies. You can add, modify and deactivate leave types as your organization policies change over the years.

• Leave Policies

  JSM Leave Management System allows you to define Leave Policies as per Government policies. JSM can automate all your Leave rules and policies. Leave policies can be defined with various options. You can accommodate different leave policies for different Group organizations, branches, Divisions, Departments, Grades, Levels, designations, Appointment types and Employee Categories. Leave Entitlements can be defined monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly or Yearly. Various options for leave credits can be defined. Entitlements and eligibilities can be defined as per Government policies. As per Government rules max limits for encashment can be set.

Managers can log in and check requests and approve / disapprove the same. Weekly Off or Holiday workings that are approved, are directly taken in the Monthly Attendance module and linked to Payroll too. These are then directly linked to Comp off balances.

  JSM Leave Management Software through ESS gives each employee facility to apply for Comp off against a Holiday or Weekly off working and get approvals Managers can log in and check Comp off requests and approve / disapprove the same. Comp off approved are directly taken in the Monthly Attendance module and linked to Payroll too.
